Quality - Environment and Energy Policy of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation
In His speech on 27 June 2006, HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco set out the missions of the Foundation he had just created.
Both internationally and in the Principality, the Foundation has since initiated and supported over 800 projects and taken part in numerous conferences to raise awareness of sustainable development among governments and the general public.
Since 2013, the Foundation has implemented a Management System aimed at improving the quality of its procedures while reducing its ecological footprint. To meet the requirements of this triple ISO 9001 - 14001 and 50001 certification, its teams are committed to a policy of continuous improvement that results in:
- A regular review of its internal processes in order to respond as effectively as possible and as quickly as possible to the expectations of its stakeholders,
- An analysis of its most significant environmental impacts with a view to reducing them,
- A technology watch aimed at reducing energy consumption,
- Compliance with the relevant regulatory and legal requirements in force and the needs and expectations of our stakeholders.
Each year, the Foundation sets itself ever more ambitious targets, the main ones being :
- Greater responsiveness and improved quality in its dealings with partners,
- Active international awareness-raising through sustained, targeted communication,
- The installation of new-generation equipment on its premises,
- Implementing all measures aimed at reducing our carbon footprint, our impact on climate change and our environmental impact,
- Combating all forms of corruption and/or fraud and promoting ethics in the Foundation's projects.
I know that I can count on the total commitment of all the Foundation's staff to ensure that this commitment continues.
The Vice-Chairman
