In order to improve the tranquillity of two Egyptian vultures installed in 2019 in the cliffs of the Petit Luberon state forest, a section of the climbing routes closest to the nesting area was de-equipped in 2020. However, in the neighbouring cliffs, other climbing routes have been equipped illegally as they derogate from the prefectural biotope protection order (APPB) prohibiting climbing in the area.
